AUTOMATIC CHECK-REIN CO.
The stockholders of the
Automatic Check-Rein Co. met Saturday night at Col. Nigh's
office and organized by electing a board of directors as
follows:

The board elected Mr. Holliday
president, J. Q. Leighty, Vice President and J. A. Turley
secretary and treasurer. Eighty per cent of the stock of this
company is held by Ironton and Columbus parties. The
headquarters of the company will be in Columbus where
arrangements will be made at once for the manufacture of the
