In the 1910 census Sylvester and brother Thomas J Howard are listed as being at the Lawrence Co. Infimary, Where was this located, and can any one tell me a little about this place, In 1920 they are at the Athens State Hospital for the Insane, Sylvester is still there in the 1930 census but not Thomas. How do I fine death records if they died at the Athen Hospital.
