Obituary of a Civil War Veteran

        George Conaway, aged 77 years, was claimed by death Monday afternoon at his home on Ninth and Madison streets.

        Mr. Conaway was a veteran of the Civil war and was a man of many friends. He leaves a wife and nine children to mourn his death.

        No arrangements have been made for the funeral.
