Submitted by Cynthia Heinemann
The body of Elizabeth Florence Doherty, which has been interred
in the Kelley Cemetery, back of Beechwood Park for the past
forty-nine years was removed Saturday and shipped to Cincinnati,
O., where a son of the deceased will have the remains re-interred.
Mrs. Doherty was a well known resident of this city during the
Civil war period and previous to that time, dying in 1865. Mrs.
Margaret E. Williams, of Cincinnati, accompanied the remains on
the early morning train, Sunday.
