David Frazier 45, of Hanging Rock, one of the best known younger residents of this section, passed away at his home there Monday evening at 8:30 o'clock, following an illness of several months duration,. Mr. Frazier's health was threatened last December, and he became weakened gradually until his spirit was called by The Master.

R. Johnson law firm, and at the time of his illness was occupying a similar position with the Newton Johnson Insurance Agency.

Mr. Frazier was possessed of a self-sacrificing, modest, and kindly disposition, and one of his favorite hobbies was that of raising and caring for a beautiful garden at his home, containing many specimens of rare flowers.

His father died seven years ago.

Hampton, rector-emeritus of the Christ Episcopal church will conduct the services, and interment will be in Woodland Cemetery under the direction of Undertaker Phillips of Waterloo.
