This is the daughter of the Alderman pictured on this website, who ran a dry goods store in Ironton in the late 1800s. He was a Prohibitionist.

Nettie died in her 30s in 1903 after complications from some unspecified series of illnesses. It sounds like she had a variety of things off and on, but I don't know what. She also had a degree from Ohio Wesleyan and was a teacher here in Ironton. She graduated from Ironton High.
